2012 The End Times or The End of Time?

The gift of Prophesy has not been granted me. So I've attempted to gleen the core of the teaching on the subject from some highly conscious teachers. Michael Brown, Jonathon Parker, Eckhart Tolle, David Hawkins...and Jesus.

At first I wondered how these enlightened sources could have had such differing perspectives. But I soon realized they are describing the same experience from different angles and leaving open the possibility that humanity, through the exercise of free will, can alter the outcome.

The ominous statement, The End Times is self explanatory, but The End of Time!  What does this mean? First we must define time.

There are two kinds of time.

The first, most obvious, kind can be logged by the movement of the hands on a clock. Or the rotation of our planet. It is a part of nature.

There is another kind of time we humans have that nature does not... it's a psychological experience of time.

All physical forms are subject to the passing of clock time.

Although my cat is not aware of the passing of time as a psychological concept where there is a past, present and future, her form did change from kitten to adult. Eventually the molecules and atoms composing her body which she borrowed from the Earth will be returned.

It is always now for my cat. She is not proud nor ashamed of her past behavior. She does not grieve over her past. She is not angry now for some perceived injustice. She is not apprehensive about losing her youth nor is she afraid of her unavoidable future demise. It could be argued that my cat, and all nature, lives in a space of no time called NOW, while concurrently subject to clock time.

Psychological time is at the core of all human suffering and is ultimately illusionary. There is no way to experience the past or the future we can only experience now, The veracity of this statement is intuitively obvious yet living the truth of it is not so simple. We make ourselves and others miserable by holding on to the story of our past and angst for the future which does not even exist. The end of human suffering will be a consequence of the end of psychological time.

"The mills of the Gods grind slowly..."

I spoke with Jonathon Parker on the subject a few years back. He said, " when I look at the energy emanating from the source of Creation it has been changing in quality and quantity. This energy is ushering in a new Paradigm. This energy, if used properly, can facilitate unparalleled  spiritual grow. If misused, will drive the person into a hellish experience and the individual consciousness will be fated to repeat a multi- billion year cycle."  Although I didn't quite understand it at the time it did inspire me to take my spiritual work more seriously. I'm not even a little bit curious about entering a possibly hellish multi-billion year process to get back to where I am now.

Lets put things in perspective. All life manifests cyclically. The Earth rotates about its' axis creating our days. The moon rotates around the Earth to create our months. The Earth rotates around the sun to create our year. Our sun rotates around The central sun in 26,000 years. This Zodiac Cycle is divide into 12 Ages of approximately 2160 years each. The December 21, 2012 date is one that coincides with the simultaneous ending/beginning of multi billion year cycles. This convergence apparently shakes things up!

Michael Brown states:

"There are two species of human on this planet: one humane, the other inhumane."  

As history is a testament, species come and go. This is not the first time Mother Earth or human consciousness has been through this cycle. We do not need to save Her. She will shrug off the parasite (inhumane humans) as needed. The violence created by the ignorance and arrogance of the inhumane will grow to consume them until they are driven to extinction.

Take other advanced civilizations in our history for example. Ancient Maya, Atlantis, Lemuria, Egypt etc. There are those that believe these cultures ascended as the changing of the Age occurred. Some say their culture was destroyed from their own negativity and the men who survived descended into darkness.

My sense is that both possibilities are available today.

The impact of our thoughts words and deeds on the evolution of our individual and collective consciousnesses during this time cannot be overstated. We do not have the luxury of behaving as if our life does not matter and continue feeding the insatiable appetite of our ego.

What did Jesus have to say?

Remember the song, "this is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius"? We are in the cusp between the Ages. The ending of the 2160 year Picean age ushered in by Jesus The Christ. Some refer to this time as the Age of 'I believe''. Believe in Jesus and you would be saved. Remember the words of Jesus, "I can do nothing without The Father..."? Now that's the power of humility in action!

The new Age dawning is the Age of 'I Am', and brings with it the potential for man to make good on another of Jesus' statements " The works I do you shall do and greater.." It is now our responsibility to be The I AM in our own life. Be a co-creator.

Yet the tiny will of man only has power to the degree he aligns his will with the Will of God. We have no control over the changing of the Age any more than we have control over the changing of the seasons. One's 'positive thinking' will not prevent the arrival of winter by a single minute. Yet we can and must consciously navigate our experience through these most challenging times.

The Meek shall inherit the Earth

Having the humility to acknowledge the mind of man cannot comprehend the immensity of God brings about a state of surrender. Surrender is the key to man's true power.

For the inhumane the changing of the age marked by the end of the Mayan calendar will bring the end times. Not only for the institutions built on arrogance and ignorance of the natural cycles of life, but for their physical lives.

And It is the 'end of time' for the humane. It is an end of fear, anger and grief which is the consequence of living in the mind dominated state called living in time.

Whether the changing of the Age brings about the end of you or the end of time is entirely up to you! Good luck!
